Thepolyester resin having a content of 95 mol% or more and 98 mol% or less, and the resinconstituting the B layer is 80 to 100 mass% of the polyester resin (B1) mainly composedof ethylene terephthalate, and the above polyester resin It consists of 0-20 mass% ofpolyester-type resin (B2) which has a composition different from (B1).
