摘要：A dope () containing a solid electrolyte and an organic solvent is cast onto a

web () so as to form a casting membrane () thereon. A first blower unit () applies dry air tothe casting membrane (). After a lapse of 60 seconds from the casting, a skin layer () isformed at an exposed surface () side of the casting membrane (). The casting membrane() with the web () is brought into contact with a first liquid (), and thereby reducing aremaining solvent amount of the casting membrane (). The casting membrane () is thenpeeled from the web () as a membrane (). In a tenter drier (), the membrane () is driedwhile it is stretched. The membrane () is then brought into contact with a second liquid ().In a drying chamber (), the membrane () is further dried.
