2 SAFETY RELEVANT APPLICATION RULES /安全相关应用规则

2.1 Applications / 应用

The maintenance has to be carried out by trained staff.

维护工作必须被经过培训的员工执行。

2.2 Test equipment /测试设备

Calibrated test equipment must be used. Calibration has to be carried out according to the calibration rules of the calibration authority.

必须使用经过校准的设备。根据权威校准部门的校准准则执行校准工作。

2.4 Periodical counting tests at the Detection points /在检测点进行的周期性计数测试

The operator must ensure that there will be a train movement past every detection point at least once in 12 month.

维护人员必须确保每个检测点在12个月内至少一次有列车经过。

2.5 Insulation to Ground /对地绝缘

The customer specific isolation between a not earthed ACE and earthed equipment (e.g. diagnostic notebook) must not be violated.

用户在不接地ACE与接地设备（例如：诊断笔记本）之间定义的绝缘必须是相互不干扰的。

2.6 Storage Conditions/储存条件

• The operator is responsible for ensuring that the specified ambient is maintained. • 维护人员有责任确保规定的环境指标。

2.7 Using the Diagnostic PC /诊断机的使用

• The diagnostic interface may only be used by qualified personal. 诊断接口只允许合格人员使用。

• The data of the diagnostic must not be used for safety relevant decisions. 诊断数据不能用作与安全相关的决定。

• To fullfill the isolation against earth in earth free applications respectively to avoid earth loops in earthed applications the serial diagnostic interface of the ACE may only be connected to isolated equipment – e.g. a battery operated PC or a PC isolated from the mains by means of an isolation transformer. This is not valid for the galvanically insulated Ethernet interface.

为满足对地绝缘要求，独立接地时要避免构成接地环线，ACE串行诊断口只能连接到绝缘设备。-- 例如笔记本电脑或者电源通过隔离变压器绝缘的电脑。这不适用于电流绝缘以太网接口。建议在串口上使用光电隔离器。

• Only the diagnostic interface of one CPU in an ACE may be connected to one PC (Serial or Ethernet interface). It is forbidden to connect one PC to the diagnostic interfaces of two CPUs.

一台ACE只能有一个CPU的诊断接口可以连接到诊断机（串行或者以太网接口）。禁止将一台诊断机连接到两个CPU的诊断接口。

2.8 Installation and maintenance of detection points /检测点的安装和维护

• The track clear output of the ACE may only be relied upon when the trackside equipment has been correctly installed and commissioned. Measures to ensure safety may be necessary while work on the trackside equipment is being carried out. These include ensuring that the section goes disturbed by turning off the power to the detection point temporarily. Restoration to normal operation must be ensured rules for the signaller and maintainer.

只有当轨旁设备被正确安装和调试后，ACE的轨道出清输出才可信赖。在轨旁设备工作执行时可能需要采取确保安全的措施。包括暂时切断送往检测点的电源后区段变为干扰状态。正常状态的恢复必须满足信号员和维护人员的规定。

• When the housing of the detection point is opened the contents must be protected 当检测点的外壳被打开时，内有的部件必须受到保护。

2.9 Vehicles with non-standard wheels /非标准车轮的车辆

The axle counter is designed to reliably detect wheels commonly used on main line vehicles. Other wheels such as those used on light rail vehicles, track maintenance vehicles etc. Require tests to ensure compatibility with the axle counter. For those which are not compatible special operational measures will be required (e.g. possession of track). The operator must prepare specific operational rules to cover this issue.

计轴器是按照可靠探测正线车辆常用车轮来设计的。其它车轮包括用于轻轨的车辆，轨道维护车等，需要测试以确保与计轴器兼容。对于不兼容的车轮将会需要采取运营措施（例如占用轨道）。维护人员必须准备具体运营措施来解决这个问题。

2.10 Holding spare parts /备件的保存

Spare electronic boards must be tested once a year. The operator and THALES require to define the test method for the boards concerned.

备用电路板至少每年测试一次。维护人员和THALES需要对涉及到的电路板有关的测试方法进行定义。

3 PERSONAL SAFETY /人员安全

3.1 Zp30H

When opened, dangerous voltages may be present on exposed parts of the equipment. Suitable measures are required to ensure safe working (e.g. rubber mats).

当打开时，设备的暴露部分可能会存在危险电压。要采取适当的措施来确保安全工作（例如绝缘垫子）。

3.2 ACE

On the rear of the ACE, dangerous voltages may be present on exposed parts of the equipment. Suitable measures are required to ensure safe working (e.g. rubber mats). [See also SAC27]

在ACE后部，设备的暴露部分可能会存在危险电压。要采取适当的措施来确保安全工作（例如绝缘垫子）。

4 GENERAL ASPECTS OF THE ACE/ ACE的一般特性

4.1 Restart of ACE / ACE的重启

Before starting the ACE it should be switched off for at least 10 seconds. 在启动ACE前至少要断电10秒钟。

A short time (around 3…4 min) after turning on the ACE, rotating bars on the CPU indicate that the computer is in normal operation.

在启动ACE之后的很短一段时间内（大约3，4分钟），CPU显示一个旋转的杆表明CPU处于正常运行状态。

If this is not the case, the ACE has to be restarted pressing the reset buttons. 如果不是这种情况，ACE需要按重启按钮来重新启动。

5 CHANGING BOARDS /更换电路板

Defect boards must be exchanged immediately (within 72 hours) 故障电路板必须立即更换（在72小时内）

Boards must not be repaired or changed by the customer 用户一定不能修理或者更换电路板

Only checked boards may be used in service. 只有经过检验的电路板才能够投入使用

The computer board may not be replaced while under power. 在带电情况下不能更换CPU板

All I/O-boards may be replaced while under power. 所有的I/O接口板可以在带电的情况下更换

are known to be approved replacements for those being replaced. Take care that jumper settings are the same and that the replacement is plugged into the correct slot.

必须确保替换的电路板与被替换的电路板相同或者经过替换授权，注意跳线设置要相同且替换部件插在正确的插槽内。

[See also SAC72] It has to be checked, that the 2 resp. Embedded Pentiums of a 2oo2 resp. computer systems are equipped with the same type of flash cards. See also /1/ Parts List.

必须校核两块CPU板安装相同类型的CF卡。

If boards are removed they must be packed carefully to avoid mechanical or electrostatic damage.

如果电路板被取走,必须仔细包装以避免机械或者电气损伤.

ACE ACE • Exchanging a serial I/O board will cause the section(s) associated with the detection

point(s) served by it to go disturbed. There may be two detection points served by the board.

更换串口板将会引起与该检测点相关联的区段进入干扰状态，一个串口板可能连接两个检测点。

6 CHANGING SOFTWARE /更换软件

To change software it is necessary to decommission the ACE. 更换软件后需要重新调试ACE. Proceed as follows: 遵循如下步骤:

• Remove power from the complete ACE

彻底切断ACE的电源 • Remove the CPU boards

取下CPU板

• Change programmed flash cards

更换可编程CF卡

• Commission the ACE as described in the associated change guideline.

按照相关更换准则的描述调试ACE

7 SPARE PARTS /备件

All spare parts for Az LM are listed in /1/ Az LM Parts List . 所有的备件在/1/AzLM部件列表中列出。

8 AXLE COUNTER RESET /计轴复零

If sections are disturbed – e.g. after restarting the ACE or a detection point, or due to track working or equipment faults – each section needs to be cleared by means of an individual reset.

如果区段干扰，例如在重启ACE或者检测点后,或者由于轨道上的工作以及设备故障，每个区段需要单独使用复零。

The operator must prepare operational rules governing the use of the reset. These must be strictly adhered to in order to ensure that operational safety requirements are met. [See also SAC33]

维护人员必须准备运营规则，用来规范复零按钮的使用。必须严格遵循以确保满足运营安全要求。

9 INSPECTION/检查

9.1 ACE/ACE

9.1.1 ACE

A regular inspection of the 2oo2 ACE is only required if it supervises sections which remain clear over the period of one year.

只有当ACE监督的区段一年都没有列车经过时，才需要进行ACE的例行检查。

The relay output of the Parallel I/O boards associated with these seldom occupied sections must be annually checked. This can be carried out by, for example, removing and replugging the Parallel I/O board. The cleared section will indicate occupied on replugging the board and will clear automatically after subsequent internal checking has been successfully completed. During the test of the correct working of the relay interface is has to be made sure that the section is not used in a route or similar. [See also SAC17, SAC46]

与这些极少使用的区段相关联的并口板的继电器输出必须每年检查一次。这可以

9.2 Inspection Zp30H /检查Zp30H

To optimize the availability an annual inspection of each detection point is to be carry out.

为了提高可用性需要每年对每个检测点执行一次检查。

The “Zp30H Log Sheet for Inspection” (see chapter 9.2.3) may be used to record the results.

可以使用“Zp30H测试表”来记录测试结果。

9.2.1 Measurement at the ACE /ACE的测量

Before carrying out the inspection of the trackside equipment, it is recommended to carry out the following measurements:

在执行轨旁设备的检查前，建议采取以下措施：

• Check whether the power supply voltage for the Zp30H at the DC/DC converter is in the correct tolerance range.

检查DC/DC转换器处的Zp30H电源电压是否在允许范围内。

• Check at the ACE with help of the diagnostic PC whether there are driftwarnings (DRW). If there are a lot of driftwarnings which can not be explained with trains stopping nearby the rail contacts it is necessary to check the Detection Point.

在ACE处借助诊断机检查是否存在漂移告警（DRW），如果存在大量的漂移告警，并且不是由于列车停在磁头附近造成的，有必要检查一下磁头。

• Check at the ACE with help of the diagnostic PC whether there are locked inputs at the Parallel I/O-boards to see whether the (for a long time not used) input part of the board is defect.

在ACE处借助诊断机检查ACE是否在并口板存在输入锁定，来判断（由于长时间未使用）电路板的输入部分是否故障。

9.2.2 Visual checks /外观检查

9.2.2.1 General condition of the detection point /检测点通常状态

Check whether the rail contact and the cabling including earthing connections are physically damaged.

The transmitter heads must be clear of the rail. If a head is in contact with the rail, it must be readjusted as described in /3/ “Installation Zp30H”.

发送磁头必须与钢轨有间距。如果磁头与钢轨连接，必须参照/3/“Zp30H安装手册”的描述重新调整。

The transmitter heads must be positioned with sufficient clearance between the top of the head and the top of the rail. If this is not the case, for example due to rail wear, it must be readjusted as described in /3/ “Installation Zp30H”. The clearance requirements are specific to the railway concerned.

发送磁头的定位必须在磁头上方与轨道上方留有足够间距。如果不是这样，例如由于钢轨磨损，必须参照/3/“Zp30H安装手册”的描述重新调整。距离要求在铁路规章中详细描述。

10 DISPOSAL /处理

[See also SAC 64] After switching off the supply voltage, the product Az LM can be dismantled and disposed of according to the relevant, applicable regulations. There are no special requirements to be fulfilled in this regard. However, the operator has to secure operations beforehand.

在切断电源电压后，根据相关使用条例，可以拆除AzLM产品。在这方面没有特殊要求去遵守。然而，之前操作者必须获得业务许可。
